Activities Provided
Andover VIP’s provide a wide range of activities to include:
- Twice monthly meeting
- Craft class Borden Gates Office, Andover every Monday morning from 10am to 12pm.
- Indoor and outdoor bowls (every fortnight) contact Joy Fernyhough on 01264 323304
- Woodwork classes at Harrow Way Community School every Thursday 6 -8 pm in term time.
- Swimming every Thursday 12.00 -1.00 pm at Andover Leisure Centre.

Armchair exercise is on the third Wednesday of every month at St Ann's Hall, 3-4.00pm.
- Health walks with TVBC every Tuesday at 11am
- One to one computer, Braille and moon classes to be arranged as required
- Line Dancing at St Andrews Methodist church, Weyhill Rd every Friday 10.30am-12pm.
- Gardening to be arranged.
- Monthly day excursions from April-September to places of interest.
- Regular trips throughout the year to the theatre including pantomime, musical and operas.
- Countryside walks and lunches

Christmas, summer and bangers and mash parties with entertainments.
- Yearly holidays to a hotel specifically for the visually impaired.
Monthly Audio Magazine
A group of visually impaired members have undertaken an exciting project to produce a monthly audio magazine to be circulated to the visually impaired people of Andover and the surrounding villages.
What will be on the Tapes/CDs?
A wide range of materials to include up to date services, entertainments, poems, interesting interviews etc. Would you like to contribute an interesting item towards this magazine?
