How do I become a volunteer?
Our club relies on a dedicated group of volunteers who enable our members to facilitate all the services we provide. We warmly welcome volunteers to our group whatever they can provide of their spare time.
What can I do?
Our volunteers provide a wide range of support to include guiding members, helping at club meetings, driving members, organising outings, helping with fundraising, assisting at parties and on holidays. Volunteers also help on recreational, educational and sporting activities.
Do I get paid?
Andover VIP's will only provide expenses for travelling and stationery. There is no payment for assistance provided.
Do I need training?
Training will be provided as necessary by Andover VIP's (i.e.) how to guide a blind person and first aid.
All volunteers will need to fill in an application form and provide references. CRB checks will take place as necessary.
